Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to altusshoes.com, operated by Tak Ming Limited. These Terms of Service govern access to altusshoes.com and purchase of women's shoes from Tak Ming Limited. By accessing altusshoes.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use altusshoes.com. Tak Ming Limited may revise these terms by posting a new version on altusshoes.com. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. You must review these terms regularly.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify Tak Ming Limited at [email protected] of unauthorized use. Tak Ming Limited may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Orders and Payment
All orders are offers to purchase. Tak Ming Limited may accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when Tak Ming Limited ships the order or sends a separate acceptance message. Tak Ming Limited may cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable items. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, which contains shipping and taxes. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize Tak Ming Limited and its payment processors to charge your selected method. If payment fails, Tak Ming Limited may cancel the order. Tak Ming Limited does not store full payment card numbers. PayPal payments are subject to PayPal terms.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping options and estimated arrival windows are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Title passes upon full payment. You must provide an accurate shipping address. Tak Ming Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control. Contact [email protected] for shipping issues.
Returns and 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may return eligible women's shoes within 14 days of delivery for a refund without providing a reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To exercise this right, contact Tak Ming Limited at [email protected] within 14 days and request a return authorization. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. You must include proof of purchase. Tak Ming Limited may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Ship returns using a traceable method and keep the receipt.
Refund Processing Time
After Tak Ming Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Tak Ming Limited approves or rejects the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This 14 days period begins when Tak Ming Limited approves the refund. Bank or card issuer posting times may extend beyond this period. You are responsible for monitoring your account.
PayPal Refunds
For purchases paid through PayPal, refunds are issued to your PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Tak Ming Limited is not responsible for PayPal internal processing delays. Contact PayPal for status after Tak Ming Limited issues the refund.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Tak Ming Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the damage. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected. If a claim is approved, Tak Ming Limited may provide a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping for approved damaged or defective items is covered by Tak Ming Limited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and altusshoes.com are provided "as is" and "as available." Tak Ming Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This covers merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tak Ming Limited does not warrant that altusshoes.com will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tak Ming Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This covers lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim arising from these terms or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them or products are governed by Hong Kong law, without regard to conflict of law principles. The governing law is Hong Kong law. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in Hong Kong courts.
General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent.
